The first cycle is pressing the Start button.
The second cycle is pressing the Stop button.
The third cycle is pressing the Start button.
The Forth cycle is the tonearm reaching the end of the record.
This is the cam action that is directly connected to the tonearm timing motor. The cam actuates the tonearm mechanism:
This is the mechanism that moves the tonearm to and from the tonearm rest. There should be a foam pad on the paddle that pushes the tonearm rod. Haven't gotten around to replacing it.
